pera77 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the pera77 website accessible at pera77.one, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, game interfaces, cashier systems, and support channels.
• "pera77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services to eligible Philippine residents.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PHP-denominated funds held in a Player's pera77 account available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional, incentive, or welcome credits added to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing all licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

By accessing the pera77 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with pera77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

To register and maintain an Account on pera77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legally mandated minimum age for online gaming participation under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for the Philippines. The pera77 Platform is strictly not available to individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the pera77 Platform by voluntary self-exclusion, administrative suspension, or PAGCOR-mandated exclusion.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of pera77 or any of its licensed game suppliers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pera77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an Account that was created in breach of these eligibility requirements may be voided and forfeited.

Each User may register only one Account on pera77. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of any associated balances, and possible referral to PAGCOR.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Valid email address
• Residential address within the Philippines

KYC Verification: Prior to the processing of any deposit or withdrawal transaction, pera77 requires the submission of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or Philippine passport. KYC documents are processed in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, and PAGCOR's player registration requirements.

pera77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Philippine-resident players:

Third-Party Payment Prohibition: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pera77 strictly prohibits deposits originating from accounts held in a name other than that of the registered pera77 Account holder. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the same individual who completed KYC verification.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and pera77's internal fraud and AML review procedures. pera77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

All wagers placed on the pera77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game being played, as published within the game interface itself, and to these general betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the sole discretion of pera77. pera77 reserves the right to reject, void, or limit any wager without prior notice.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be altered or withdrawn by the Player.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption that prevents the completion of a game round, pera77 will take reasonable steps to determine the outcome. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account.
• Winnings from all games are paid into the Player's Real Money Balance immediately upon settlement of the game round.
• pera77 reserves the right to void bets placed on any game that contains a demonstrated software error, misquoted odds, or pricing error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors or software bugs will be subject to account suspension and forfeiture of affected winnings.
• For live casino games, the rules and decisions of the live dealer are final, subject to pera77's internal dispute resolution process. Video recordings of all live casino sessions are retained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

pera77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are awarded at pera77's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms.
• pera77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may have reduced or zero contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, exploiting bonus structures in bad faith, or coordinated bonus-farming activity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pera77 will void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the affected Account(s), and may report the activity to PAGCOR.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pera77 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act)
• Attempting to defraud pera77, game suppliers, or other Players through any means
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or misquoted odds
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pera77 staff or other users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

pera77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The following tools are available to all Account holders from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and hard stops to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gaming activity lasting from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but cannot be used for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the pera77 Platform. Self-excluded players will not receive promotional communications and may not re-register during the exclusion period. pera77 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but Players are advised to also contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming program for national exclusion registry services.

All content on the pera77 Platform — including but not limited to the pera77 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pera77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of pera77 Platform content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pera77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any service interruptions, delays, errors, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond pera77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of God, or third-party service provider outages
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security
• Decisions made by live casino dealers or automated game systems in accordance with published game rules

pera77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable Philippine law.

pera77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at pera77.one/privacy-policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is processed for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering obligations. pera77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to what is required for platform operations, PAGCOR compliance reporting, and legally mandated disclosures.

pera77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number on record. The revised Terms will be effective from the date posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the procedures described on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Platform is operated under the licensing jurisdiction and regulatory authority of PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction on the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players with regulatory complaints related to PAGCOR-licensed gaming operations may also direct their concerns to PAGCOR through official channels.
